Step 2
Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to you within 1 day.

Step 3
After receiving the confirmation email, please make payment using ATM transfer or internet banking to the account stated in the email within 2 days from the date of the confirmation email. If payment is not made, the item(s) will be released for other buyers.

Step 4
Upon payment, please send an email to us in this format:
1) Full name:
2) Date transferred:
3) Amount transferred:
4) Transaction reference number:
5) Bank: POSB/DBS/OCBC

Step 5
Upon confirmation of payment, we will send out your item(s) within 4 days.

Terms & conditions:
1. Delivery within Singapore only.
2. Only ATM or internet transfers.
3. No cancellation or changes can be made once your order has been confirmed through email.
4. Normal mail postage: Add $0.50 for masks. Add $1.50 for BB cream .
5. We will not be liable for any loss via normal mail. Thus, we strongly recommend delivery through registered mail. Registered mail postage: Add $2.75 for masks. Add $3.75 for BB cream.
